Yes! We partner with local New Mexico farms and suppliers to source our produce, chiles, and proteins. Our tortillas are made fresh in-house every morning, and our salsas are prepared daily from scratch. We never use frozen pre-packaged proteins — everything is marinated and cooked to order for maximum flavor and freshness.

Yes! We offer delivery across Albuquerque and surrounding neighborhoods. Our standard delivery radius is approximately 10 miles from our location at 8330 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111. If you're outside this zone, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate larger catering orders beyond this range.

Standard delivery times are 30–50 minutes depending on your distance and current order volume. Pickup orders are typically ready in 15–20 minutes. You'll receive an estimated time when we confirm your order. During peak lunch hours (11 AM–1 PM) please allow a little extra time.

Our minimum order for delivery is $15. There is no minimum for pickup orders. A delivery fee of $3.99 applies to all delivery orders under $40. Orders over $40 qualify for free delivery within our standard zone.

To request a custom quote, contact our catering team at least 48 hours in advance.

We recommend booking catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure we can source the freshest ingredients and staff your event properly.
